An established firm is seeking an experienced
Land Surveyor
for site civil engineering projects. This position is an in-office position working with the project team.

Responsibilities
Responsible for translating projects between the office and the field
Prepare property legal documents
Directing all duties of field survey members assigned to them while performing field activities such as: construction staking, boundary, ALTA, topographic, and more
Work directly with other team members, mentoring and leading
Perform survey calculations for property boundaries
Types of surveys performed: Construction Staking, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys
Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications
5 years of experience
PLS
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson, Trimble, etc
A strong record demonstrating the ability to increase professional responsibilities throughout the professional career
Well-connected and well-respected in the marketplace, with an ability to bring in clients and work to the firm
