Construction Manager 2 (power & electrical, field)

Pay Range:

$100,000.00 – $153,000.00 Location:

United States – Nationwide Overall project construction management for large, heavy industrial power projects with electrical background. Safety, quality control, scheduling, contract compliance, and drawing/conformance management. Independent decision‑making with value judgment and minimal supervision. Client payment preparation and contract extras, coordinating with the Project Manager. Ensure contractor work meets drawing intent and safety standards. Maintain professional client relationships, timely correspondence, and issue resolution. Adhere to The Perry Group Quality Policy Statement and document control requirements. Daily reporting and quality inspection reporting accuracy. Schedule monitoring and coordination with the Construction Manager. Minimum Qualifications

Six (6) or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience with an Associate degree, or Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent. Degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar technical field. Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading construction on large‑scale, heavy industrial projects with varying subcontractor disciplines. Particular experience on power projects with electrical background. OSHA 30 certification. Ability to work at project locations throughout the United States. Key Skills and Abilities

Strong computer aptitude, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Team player attitude and independent decision‑making. Cost conscious and passion for construction delivery. Willingness to work overtime as required. EEO Statement
