What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

PE License

15+ years of local civil/site experience with a strong land development concentration

Proven success across small to large-scale development projects

Established book of business within the Los Angeles market

Experience in leadership, mentoring, and office growth
