Pay Range 90,000 to 110,000
Job Overview Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting process optimization, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop, own, and maintain mass and energy balances for assigned processes
Provide technical process expertise to support development of new ingredients aligned with market demands
Build, maintain, and improve technical process documentation
Drive sustainability initiatives with emphasis on energy efficiency and process optimization
Support innovation efforts, including scale-up and implementation of new products from pilot to commercial scale
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing/Bioproducts Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field
Preferred 2+ years of experience in industrial wet processes, chemical or food manufacturing
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and globally when managing complex processes
Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities
