Bring your industrial maintenance knowledge to the dock and door industry! You will serve as a Service Technician with integrity and independence. You are the face of the organization with our customers as you maintain Rite-Hite products, operating out of our Decatur office to service the surrounding areas primarily in Champaign, IL, from a service truck that you can house at your residence. This role offers a path to grow your skillset and make a daily impact. Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force. Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment and serve as a primary customer contact. Requirements
Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Ability to work independently in a field environment and provide good customer service. Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical. What We Offer

The hiring range for this position in USA-IL-Decatur is $22.20-$30.50 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate\'s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
