Compensation and Benefits
Starting base compensation $30.24 – $38.60 per hour (adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors)
30‑hour guarantee per week
No Sundays
Monthly incentive bonus up to $1,100
Free toolbox transportation
Location 925 Edwards Ferry Road-NE, Leesburg, VA 20176
Responsibilities
Engine repair, gas and diesel repair, automatic transmission/transaxle diagnosis and repair, manual transmission/suspension and steering diagnosis and repair, brakes diagnosis and repair (including ABS/traction control)
Electrical diagnosis and repair, heating and air conditioning diagnosis and repair, engine performance diagnosis and repair
Qualifications
Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance consistent with six (6) years of experience as an automotive technician
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or car dealer certification as a “Master Automotive Technician”, or the ability to attain the required certifications within 12 months of hire
ASE L1 certification preferred
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
Satisfactory screening results (criminal, drug, and motor vehicle)
