8+ years as a Software Quality Assurance Lead. Experience managing software/application testing for the Insurance industry. Specialty and Commercial LOBs experience implementing new products and platforms is strongly preferred. Knowledge in Automation Testing Tools such as Client QTP, Selenium, etc., particularly for UI, Forms and Rating testing. Strong software engineering and development lifecycle knowledge. Strong hands‑on experience planning and testing UI as well as back‑office systems that require Web services or batch‑based integrations and implementations. Knowledge with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, AppLoader, etc.) and data profiling for representative load testing is preferred. Experience with Microsoft TFS and Test Manager (MTM) for test management is preferred. Quality Assurance leadership experience with Guidewire Insurance solutions is highly preferred. Seniority level
