Responsibilities
Build strong value propositions (“WHY’s”) per region.
Create and strengthen your own distribution network in the regions of Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Mexico and Latin America.
Actively identify new opportunities per market and segment.
Develop and support existing distributors towards growth.
Position Peleman as a strategic partner, not just a supplier.
Own and manage the regions you are responsible for.
Travel 50–75% of the time to represent Peleman at international trade shows, events and webinars.
Detect, approach and convince new distributors.
Analyze market potential for each country and segment.
Deliver training, demos and workshops at a professional level.
Track commercial performance and roll out growth plans.
Work intensively with internal experts and segment owners.
Requirements / Qualifications
Spanish: fluent (must‑have).
English and/or Dutch: essential.
Italian and French: strong advantage.
Affinity for international markets and cultural differences.
Proactive, entrepreneurial and results‑driven.
Build long‑term relationships based on trust.
Communicate smoothly, empathically and professionally.
Switch effortlessly between strategy and action.
Work autonomously but thrive in a team.
Think in solutions, opportunities and growth.
