Office Manager – Restoration Company

Responsibilities
Oversee employees to ensure timely submission of paperwork.
Occasionally answer calls and emails from customers and vendors and direct them to relevant staff.
Monitor and order inventory.
Perform basic accounting tasks, including A/P and A/R.
Maintain and control paper flow of work orders, timesheets, time cards, and personnel records.
Assume responsibility for all office‑related tasks.
Support the Management Team in daily administrative functions.
Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures.
Ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation.
Assist the owner with other tasks as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant.
Experience in restoration preferred.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in trade shows, event planning, or community outreach.

Schedule Full‑time. Though this is an in‑office position, a hybrid schedule will be considered for the right candidate, Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Pay $45,000 – $55,000 per year based on experience.
