As the
Human Resources Coordinator , you’ll help create the magic behind the scenes as a part of our recruitment division. We are looking for an organized professional who is passionate about creating a positive and exciting onboarding experience for new and returning team members. If you have strong communication skills, an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting new people every day, this is the job for you!
Our Human Resources Coordinator will also:
Coordinate and conduct screens and interviews for frontline and professional roles
Collect, process, and maintain applicant data
Ensure compliance with standard onboarding practices and procedures
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and location-specific details
Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders
Assist local management team with grassroots recruitment efforts
Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement strategic recruitment and employment programs
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information
Other duties as assigned

Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours and/or Saturday/Sunday to meet business needs

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point)
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
