Leasing Consultant – The Heart of Our Community Are you a people‑person with a knack for making connections? Do you love turning strangers into neighbors and apartments into homes? If you bring the energy, we’ve got the opportunity!
What You'll Be Doing
Apartment Matchmaker – greet and assist future residents in finding their ideal apartment, ensuring a seamless, fun, and stress‑free experience.
Tour Guide – showcase our move‑in‑ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
Resident Cheerleader – build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
Leasing Rockstar – work closely with the team to hit leasing goals while maintaining top‑notch customer service.
Renewal Expert – help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else.
What We Offer
Competitive pay with commissions: earn $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly.
Full‑time flexibility – work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays/holidays.
Benefits that matter – medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with auto‑enrollment after 60 days.
Vacation time – 40 hours in your first year, plus sick leave per state requirements.

Qualifications
Treats current and future residents with highest concern and care, demonstrating integrity, honesty, and ethics.
Honest and punctual attendance; meets all essential duties.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear and error‑free.
Treats everyone with respect, takes ownership, follows through, and maintains confidentiality.
Strong organizational, detail orientation, and time management; proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
Functions well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education And Experience
High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales.
Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques.
Physical Requirements
Expected work hours: most busy days include Fridays and Saturdays, Sundays on as‑needed basis, with at least one closing shift weekly.
Travel: None.
Work environment and physical demands:
General office environment; lift or move up to 10 pounds.
Move around properties; sit or stand for extended periods; walk, climb stairs; perform tasks in various weather conditions and climates.
FLSA Status: Nonexempt.
