The Pay Range for a Sales Agent is $15 – $18 per hour.

Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives.

What You Will Do

Primarily sell non‑standard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales goals.

Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed production goals.

Accurately account for all currency transactions and timely submit deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system.

Build and leverage client relationships; educate and advise customers on the products best suited to their needs.

The Perfect Match

Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Sales or customer service experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to build relationships with sales customers.

Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills.

Ambitious professional motivated by advancement opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
