We're looking for a Financial Analyst to partner closely with our Americas Sales organization, helping turn data into actionable insights that fuel profitable growth across key customers and categories.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Finance, providing critical analysis and decision support that helps the business win in the marketplace. Key responsibilities
Partnering with Sales and Marketing to develop, evaluate, and optimize customer programs that drive revenue, share, and profitability Providing decision support to Sales teams to improve margin and revenue outcomes Analyzing major business proposals such as contract renewals, line reviews, and competitive responses Supporting sales forecasting and budgeting processes, including performance tracking and variance analysis Maintaining and reconciling trade accruals, ensuring timely setup and accurate balances Assisting with financial planning and clearly communicating actuals vs. plan Preparing and presenting monthly reporting packages and business reviews for Sales and Finance leadership Conducting ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities Supporting pricing management, account reconciliations, and issue resolution in partnership with Customer Service Collaborating with Accounts Receivable and Deductions teams to resolve customer disputes and support aging analysis Managing sales commission accrual reconciliation and payment processes Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Sales Finance
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field 2-3 years of financial analysis experience (CPG or Sales Finance experience strongly preferred) Strong Excel skills: experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Strong communication skills and a collaborative, curious approach to problem-solving
