If you're a night owl who loves hospitality and has a knack for numbers, come join our energetic crew and make every stay seamless and satisfying! Responsibilities
Nighttime Welcome Wagon:
Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those late-night questions like a pro. Master of Midnight Math:
Own the Night Audit. Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is in its perfect place. Guardian of the Glow-Up:
Keep the property safe with regular security walks. Be the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy. The Nightly Newsroom:
Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to inform management on what happened during the night. Teamwork After Twilight:
Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch, even in the wee hours. Tech-Savvy Problem Solver:
Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; ability to solve problems independently. Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial. 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus. Benefits
