Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our manufacturing facility. This strategic role involves managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development to support our operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of HRIS systems, employment law, and talent management strategies to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Responsibilities
Leads full?cycle recruiting and onboarding to secure high?quality manufacturing talent and support workforce growth
Manages employee records, benefits, and compensation programs while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance
Administers FAA/DOT drug?testing processes while maintaining strict adherence to multi?level employment?law requirements
Coordinates employee training, certifications, and development initiatives to strengthen skills and support organizational readiness
Develops HR policies and advises leadership and employees, serving as a trusted partner on HR matters and workplace issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline a plus
5+ years of progressive, multi?functional HR experience
Proven recruiting expertise within manufacturing; aerospace exposure preferred
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance standards, and accurate recordkeeping practices
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem?solving abilities
Salary $80k - $95k
