Prepare, examine, and reconcile financial records and general ledger accounts. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. \u003 Prepare Payroll tax filings and support payroll processing for clients, ensuring compliance with wage laws and regulations. \u003 Collaborate with other offices to provide optimal client service and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently. Qualifications
\u003 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not required). \u003 CPA or EA certification (preferred but not required). \u003 Minimum 3 years of accounting and/or payroll experience. \u003 Proficiency with accounting, tax, and payroll software such as QuickBooks, Accounting CS, UltraTax CS, Payroll CS, and Surepayroll. \u003 Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
