Responsibilities
Work on restructurings, recapitalizations, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures.
Develop, structure, and finance transactions.
Attend internal and client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
Perform financial analysis and modeling.
Draft client presentations.
Prepare memoranda for internal and external use.
Conduct financial and other business‑related research.
Coordinate complex and often time‑sensitive processes.
Participate actively in client‑facing situations.
Assist in the execution of transactions.
Qualifications Ducera Partners seeks highly motivated, team‑oriented individuals with excellent academic, leadership, and extracurricular records. Qualified candidates should possess the following:
Strong financial modeling, finance, and accounting skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding project‑management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements To be considered for the Summer Analyst position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
