Makes sure all Public Area Sections cleaned, safe, well organized.
Reports any urgent issues, problems to Housekeeping Manager/ Executive Housekeeper
Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional Guest service at all times.
Provides excellent service to internal Customers as appropriate.
Handles all Guest and internal Customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintains positive Guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Delivers training to PA team accordingly.
Ensures all Company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
Embraces all Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20 have been implemented.
Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
Checks and cleans operating equipment.
Support team to vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets.
Ensure carpets are stain‑free.
Supervises and checks the cleanliness of public and back‑of‑the‑house areas.
Reports lost and damaged items.
Reports repair and maintenance work.
Follow‑up duties from the previous shift.
Collects supplies from general store.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in the same position
Pre‑opening experience is preferable
Luxury background in resort and urban city
