We’re looking for a Truck Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in keeping freight moving and drivers supported. As the communication link between drivers, customers, and internal teams, you’ll coordinate schedules, match loads and resolve issues. Within a range of $21 - $23 per hour you will find opportunities for quick advancement as you create strong relationships with drivers—all while helping maximize profitability and efficiency.
This position is onsite Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.

What You’ll Do
Support assigned trucks through daily dispatch, freight coordination, and communication
Use Mercer’s Load Board to connect freight with contractor needs
Track and update Hours of Service (HOS), call statuses, and shipment paperwork
Resolve delays, breakdowns, and load changes through strategic problem-solving
Maximize profitability while ensuring compliance and driver satisfaction
Who You Are
Strong communicator—confident with phone, email, and in person
Calm under pressure with good judgment and time management
Strong organization and multitasking ability
Comfortable using computers and dispatch tools
High School Diploma or equivalent required; dispatch or logistics experience is a plus
