Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven problem-solving techniques.
Facilitate and manage continuous improvement projects from conception through to successful implementation and sustainment.
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and quantify financial savings or efficiency gains.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, engaging employees in problem-solving and fostering a mindset of ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI practices into daily operations and support new product introduction processes.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of continuous improvement experience in manufacturing operations.
Proven leadership in managing complex improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for communicating insights.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) from a process optimization perspective.
Experience implementing Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
