Description The Timekeeping Modernization Product Group delivers and supports critical systems for managing time, absence, and workforce management functions essential for paying hourly employees. Our objective is to modernize these systems, improve long-term sustainability by reducing technology complexity, introducing industry-standard capabilities, and simplifying business processes.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery planning, including risk, issue, and change management for WFS configuration
Develop detailed project plans and coordinate timing across multiple teams
Provide executive-level timeline reports (Gantt charts), parallel run schedules, and cutover plans
Follow change control protocols for system upgrades and configuration shifts
Collaborate with leadership and business owners to translate strategic ideas into measurable specifications
Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Timekeeping Modernization
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring success across WFS, HRIS, and Payroll systems
Validate user stories for clarity, completeness, and testability
Drive program and project governance, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders
Lead status meetings and prepare governance documents for executive reviews
Manage cross-project dependencies, vendor relationships, and integration milestones
Champion Agile methodologies and lead daily stand-ups
Own Agile artifacts for sprint prioritization, release management, and communications
Participate in roadmap discussions, stakeholder alignment, and requirements prioritization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
6 years of experience in IT
2-5 years of experience in project or product management
Proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Microsoft 365
Ability to synthesize complex information into concise updates for technical and executive audiences
Strong knowledge of WorkForce Software (WFS) or similar workforce management tools
