We are an upcoming patient-centered denture clinic dedicated to serving with compassion and respect. While our doors are not yet open, we are building a strong team in advance to ensure everyone is trained and prepared for a smooth launch. Front Desk Coordinator or Office Manager
(depending on experience) and help shape the foundation of our new clinic.
A Day In the Life Of
Manage daily front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and verifying insurance eligibility
Oversee phone calls, appointment reminders, and patient communications
Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and records management
Support the doctor and dental assistants by coordinating patient flow and maintaining clinic efficiency
Handle financial transactions, insurance submissions, and reporting in alignment with clinic policies
Supervise and train administrative staff (if applicable), ensuring smooth office operations
Uphold excellent customer service and resolve patient concerns professionally
Coordinate multi-step treatment plans (consults, impressions, try-ins, deliveries, follow-ups)
Process insurance claims, financial transactions, and maintain accurate billing and records
Support lab case tracking and communication between the clinic and dental labs
Provide general patient education and assist with forms, consents, and post-treatment instructions
What You’ll Bring To The Table
Previous dental or healthcare office experience required (Medicaid billing experience a plus)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in practice management software (Paycor, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare administration preferred
What We Offer:
Competitive pay $17.00-$19.00 per hour for front desk position.
Office Manager pay will be based on experience
Benefits package includes paid time off, paid holidays, and $100 bi-weekly insurance stipend
