Your Key Responsibilities
Lead employees and work as a team to optimize production performance within a department.
Use expertise to increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment within a department and ensure consistent quality standards are met.
Help troubleshoot equipment and assist with changeover, set‑ups, and coordinate daily and monthly preventative maintenance and work schedules.
Set an example for quality and good housekeeping practices in the department and always be available to provide assistance to operators.
Maintain accurate records including maintenance reports, incentive, scrap, SPC charts, as well as time and attendance/vacation scheduling.
Encourage employee continuous improvement through SPS activities and using general problem‑solving tools.
Have an assertive disposition, resolve conflict, communicate openly, and drive production to meet organizational objectives.
Adhere to and enforce company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
Lead employees by training and coaching them, and providing feedback on employee performance, quality, and safety.
Your Qualifications
Advanced production knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of production processes, measurement, inspection, procedures, production planning and control.
Experience in SAP & Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Extremely self‑motivated & driven to achieve results.
Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
