You drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while providing work direction and leading by example. With a high level of mechanical aptitude, you troubleshoot and operate all systems, collaborating with engineering, Tool & Die, and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. **If you’re a self-motivated leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, this role is for you!****What You Will Do:*** **Machine Setup & Troubleshooting**: Set up, troubleshoot, and support advanced technology machines and processes.* **Team Leadership & Safety**: Coordinate daily tasks, lead safety initiatives, present key metrics, and escalate issues as needed.* **Equipment Operation**: Start up, operate, and shut down advanced technology equipment and processes.* **Continuous Improvement**: Drive process improvements and encourage lean initiatives.* **Training & Development**: Assist in writing training materials and serve as the primary training expert.**What You Will Bring:*** **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.* **Experience**: 7+ years in manufacturing role with previous lead experience.* **Leadership Skills:** Ability to mentor, coach, and direct daily work of team.* **Technical Expertise:** Skilled in operating, troubleshooting, and adjusting complex machinery, including robotic equipment.
