$107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and cost targets.

Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.
Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing operations management.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
