Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to achieve project objectives. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to manufacturing quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Oversee the implementation of new production lines, equipment installations, and process improvement projects. Facilitate clear and consistent communication among stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and issue resolution. Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and ensure deliverables meet specified manufacturing requirements. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and optimizing manufacturing processes. Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience leading manufacturing projects from conception to completion. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. PMP certification or equivalent expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent cross‑functional leadership and communication skills, particularly with engineering, production, and procurement teams. Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Experience with industrial automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives Familiarity with CAD software for technical drawing review Supply chain management or logistics expertise Why Pivot Group
