Global Contracts Administrator Leading energy company seeks a Paralegal / Contracts Manager with significant experience in administering incoming / outgoing legal contracts. Candidate should have the ability to apply company procedures, corporate goals and objectives to the various phases in the contract negotiation process. Role requires a high degree of organization, ability to work with internal and external stakeholders equally, and a deep understanding of contract lifecycle. The contracts administration professional or paralegal will be responsible for drafting, revising, negotiating, and finalizing all standard form contracts and master service agreements, intellectual property agreements, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, product and technology licenses, transportation contracts and access agreements. From garnering success in the weeds of indemnity clauses to organizing document flow and revisions to the grace required to move parties along to agreement in as timely a manner as possible, the successful candidate will manage the full cycle of contract administration. Requirements:

4+ years of in-house contracts administration / commercial contracts experience in the oil, drilling, oilfield, construction, or chemical industries.

Experience with master service agreements, vendor agreements, purchase / sale agreements, confidentiality agreements, and general contracts.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the United States.

Paralegal certification preferred, but not required.
