Job Overview A dynamic litigation practice is seeking attorneys at all levels to join its insurance coverage and bad faith litigation team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This opportunity is well-suited for attorneys interested in preparing coverage opinions and litigating complex coverage and bad faith disputes involving liability and property insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare coverage opinions related to liability and property coverages
Litigate insurance coverage and bad faith matters
Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings
Draft discovery materials and dispositive motions
Attend and participate in depositions as required
Qualifications
Experience preparing insurance coverage opinions preferred
Litigation experience involving coverage and bad faith matters beneficial
Admission to the state bar in good standing
Strong analytic, research, and writing skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
