R-102212**Job Description:****We are seeking candidates in Nashville or Tampa to work a hybrid schedule in either office location. Remote candidates will not be considered.** **Key Responsibilities:**Product Strategy & Roadmap Management * Lead the development of compliance reporting products and solution plans to enhance the company’s product and services portfolio.* Analyze market insights, customer needs, and internal capabilities to optimize product roadmaps and resource allocation.* Monitor competitive trends and develop strategies to strengthen the company’s competitive position.* Participate in state-level data councils to stay informed on evolving reporting rules and expectations in assigned regions. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement * Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key customers, state and federal stakeholders, and industry partners.* Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and as the first escalation point for risks and issues.* Coordinate customer-facing product demos, feedback cycles, and requirements-gathering sessions.* Partner with sales teams to understand customer reporting needs and support solution alignment. Solution Design & Delivery * Translate business requirements into epics and high‑level solution designs for assigned reporting initiatives.* Work closely with Product Owners to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in user stories and technical specifications.* Guide and coach cross‑functional teams on workflows, design intent, and reporting solution requirements.* Work with implementation teams to train and enable compliance reporting solutions effectively. Go-to-Market Execution * Collaborate with Marketing to support GTM planning, positioning, and launch execution.* Ensure internal and external stakeholder readiness for new reporting solutions through communication, training, and process alignment.* Author customer-facing user guides and documentation for reporting products.* Oversee solution delivery timelines to ensure all compliance reporting is completed by mandated deadlines.
**Qualifications:**Required Experience * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or* 3 years with a Master’s degree; or* PhD with no prior experience; or* Equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical & Domain Expertise * Experience with data analytics, state and federal reporting requirements—preferably in healthcare or behavioral healthcare.* Strong understanding of behavioral healthcare operations, workflows, and regulatory frameworks.* Depth of knowledge in data schemas, analytics, statistics, data science, or related fields.* Proven ability to analyze complex or unusual circumstances and apply advanced problem‑solving techniques. Skills & Competencies * Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills.* Strong project management abilities with a track record of delivering projects on time.* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.* Skilled in evaluating complex information, making sound judgments, and navigating ambiguity.* Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and adapting communication styles to diverse audiences.
