You’ll be part of a mission‑focused team delivering satellite buses at scale.

About the Role The Program Security Manager will manage day‑to‑day security needs and implement the industrial security program as the company grows. The role requires a proactive, self‑starter who is technically proficient and thrives in a fast‑pace, high‑stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage all security programs in accordance with NISPOM, DoD Manuals, Executive Orders, DD254s, and security classification guides.

Ensure the physical security of facilities and personnel.

Manage the company’s facility clearance and personnel security clearances, including DISS submissions.

Provide required training to cleared employees and OPSEC & CI training to all employees.

Support design & construction of secure areas.

Lead self‑inspections and support all required government security inspections & audits.

Create & update all company security policies & procedures.

Manage day‑to‑day security operations including visitor control, international travel, and briefings.

Maintain all required Technology Control Plans.

Collaborate with Legal, Export Compliance, Facilities, and related functions.

Qualifications

5+ years of related experience.

FSO Certification.

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Well‑versed in ICD 705, TEMPEST, and DoD Directive 5205.07 Special Access Program.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to handle high‑pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of related experience.

Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry.

Prior COMSEC custodian experience.

Experience in a management role within security.

Experience with DTSA TTCP requirements.

Compensation Range: $135,000 – $185,000.
