Job Overview We’re looking for a Product Lead to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of PragerU’s mobile and web platforms. You’ll define the product vision, shape exceptional user experiences, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver features that engage millions of users while advancing organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Define and own product strategy and roadmap for PragerU’s app and web platforms

Champion user experience across every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring design decisions align with user needs and brand values

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate insights into intuitive, high‑impact interfaces and seamless interactions

Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics

Lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Content from concept to launch

Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment

Oversee development sprints, backlog refinement, and release planning

Partner with Data teams to analyze performance, conduct A/B tests, and identify opportunities to improve user experience and retention

Own operational excellence: monitor app and site performance, manage bug triage, and ensure timely resolution of technical or content‑related issues

Collaborate with QA to uphold quality standards and verify defect fixes prior to release

Work with Marketing and Support on go‑to‑market plans, launch readiness, and post‑launch optimization

Ensure all releases meet high standards of usability, performance, accessibility, and design consistency

Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through product updates, dashboards, and executive reporting

Requirements

5–8 years of product management experience for consumer apps and websites

Demonstrated ability to create and refine user experiences that drive engagement, satisfaction, and growth

Strong collaboration with UX/UI teams, with fluency in design principles, usability testing, and accessibility best practices

Proven success launching and iterating digital products based on user insights and data

Strong operational instincts with experience managing production issues, release QA, and ongoing product stability

Deep understanding of Agile methodology, user research, and end‑to‑end product lifecycle management

Experience writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and defining measurable success metrics

Analytical mindset with comfort using product analytics tools to inform decisions

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus: experience with streaming/content platforms, SEO, growth funnels, or subscription/payment systems

Salary Range The salary target for this role is $120,000 - $165,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
