Key Responsibilities
Direct and optimize all plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.

Manage plant budget, P&L, and allocate resources effectively to meet financial targets.

Recommended Qualifications
Extensive experience in manufacturing operations management, including production, quality, and safety.

Proven leadership in managing, developing, and motivating manufacturing teams.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience leading automation and digital transformation initiatives
Proficiency in advanced ERP systems for strategic planning and optimization
Previous experience managing multi-site operations or new plant startups
