Fulfillment Associate
Join our team at Amazon, Lowes, BJs Wholesale Club, Belk, and other leading retailers as a Fulfillment Associate. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and executing key operational tasks to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
Validate orders, ensure high‑quality items, answer questions, and provide excellent service to customers and team members.
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves or work stations as needed, and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all received and dispatched goods.
Assist with arranging, packing, and shipping orders, following company policies and safety protocols.
Additional Duties
For roles that include food‑kit assembly, assemble kits per work orders, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer quality standards.
