Position Summary The Associate Technician is responsible for learning and understanding the assigned functions related to their role. This process is accomplished through hands‑on learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety standards, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and customer requirements in conjunction with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The role involves learning and developing to take on additional duties, expand capabilities and enhance personal skills.
Responsibilities
Learn and perform work associated with the safe operation and maintenance of various manufacturing/warehouse equipment, depending on specialization of process and materials used.
Monitor equipment parameters (meters, gauges, valves, flow rates, temperatures, pressures, and related controls) and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/warehouse/process and quality specifications.
Resolve common or frequent equipment issues, troubleshoot and make equipment adjustments with guidance.
Understand production information used daily to manage operations (MDI boards, electronic platforms, etc.).
Adhere to cGMP standards in completing relevant paperwork, following good documentation practices, and performing quality control checks.
Escalate issues related to safety, quality compliance, and equipment status. Communicate needs or other support as needed.
Participate in all required housekeeping (5S), cleaning and sanitation.
Operate material handling equipment, electric hand trucks, walk‑along pallet lifts, hoists and other equipment as needed. Participate in the daily Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) verification list at the beginning of each shift and conduct equipment check‑list verification of trailers before and after unloading.
Participate in equipment changeovers and setups, including parts cleaning and inspection, checklist review, partnering in start‑up of each piece of equipment and supporting the functional area.
Education
HS diploma or combination of equivalent education and experience.
Certifications
Must have or be able to complete PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks) certification training.
Experience
0–2 years’ work experience required at this level and successful completion of the Pharmavite Technician Program.
Ability to work in a diverse team environment with others. Working knowledge of manufacturing/warehouse processes or a combination of skills, knowledge, and demonstrated ability to learn is recommended.

Salary The salary range for this position is
$37,000.00 – $60,000.00 . Actual compensation will consider factors such as location, education, experience, qualifications, and job‑related skills. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards; a full offer considers the entire package.
