As the
gBETA Huntsville Program Manager , you will be the face of
gener8tor
in North Alabama and Huntsville. You will coach founders, foster connections, and help startups succeed. Core values

We build 1‑on‑1 relationships and value quantity. Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute multiple accelerator programs per year , ensuring smooth operations by coordinating logistics, scheduling, and delivering the curriculum. Recruit, vet, and select high‑potential entrepreneurs
for gBETA cohorts, proactively sourcing applicants and engaging in outreach. Act as the lead coach and advisor
for participating startups, meeting one‑on‑one with founders twice a week, providing mentorship, and facilitating connections. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Alabama
– founders, mentors, academics, investors, corporations, and partners. Support alumni companies
by tracking growth, fundraising, and maintaining community participation. Advocate for and champion startup founders
and promote their success. Contribute to broader initiatives
within gener8tor, including other accelerator programs and ecosystem‑building projects. Support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Huntsville , serving North Alabama entrepreneurs. Requirements
Residence in or relocation to Huntsville
to engage in the startup ecosystem. Deep commitment to the Alabama startup ecosystem
and a passion for supporting founders. Entrepreneurial mindset
with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude. Highly organized self‑starter
managing multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to juggle responsibilities and adapt quickly
while balancing cohort management, stakeholder engagement, and operations. Enthusiastic, hands‑on, team‑player mentality
and willingness to take on any task. Curious and eager to learn
new skills and deepen expertise in startups and venture capital. Flexible schedule , including occasional nights and weekends as needed. Willingness to support broader gener8tor programs. Occasional travel within the region for events and meetings. Seniority level
