Base pay is determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role also includes team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. For qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

Responsibilities
Plans, monitors, and manages internal programs.
Serves as an expert in own area within the organization.
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
Leads or coordinates program planning, resourcing, staffing, scheduling, supply and subcontract management, vendor relationships, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
Ensures program results meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, cost and industry standards.
Monitors program performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
Ensures program documentation in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3‑5 years in a related industry, primarily with a senior living, healthcare or hospitality focus.
Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
Strong analytic skills and an in-depth understanding of the organization and business to handle arising problems.
Advanced knowledge of the organization, industry, and functional discipline; broad experience with technical areas.
Ability to work independently; forewarn problems and resolve conflicts effectively.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience helpful.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong relationship skills.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Standing, walking, sitting.
Use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
Talk or hear.
Lift up to 25 pounds.
Vision required.
Interaction with co‑workers, residents or vendors.
Occasional weekend, evening or night work for shift coverage.
Possible exposure to communicable diseases, latex, blood‑borne pathogens, and chemical or biological hazards.
Travel occasionally.
