Job Title: Storeroom Team Leader-1st shift

Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will supervise shift team progress against work plans as defined by Production management to ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area. Each day you will provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations. You will also cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Helping management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities.
Reinforcing focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Assisting management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.
Serving as a leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.
Qualifications For The Role
5+ years working in a manufacturing environment
Specialist technical & engineering skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Legal authorization to work in the US is required
Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.
Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
Working Conditions Manufacturing plant environment requires a combination of hands‑on and technical tasks. Work may involve occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs/ladders, and walking. Employees may be required to bend, twist, or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of computers is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication. Employees will also handle a variety of tools and equipment, from hand tools to machinery, requiring technical skills and adherence to safety protocols. Personal protective equipment—including safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes—is required to ensure a safe working environment. Adhering to safety guidelines is essential for all team members.
