Job area: Projects / Special Projects / Business Support. The role provides high‑level administrative support to the Regional IT Services leadership office. It manages schedules, coordinates meetings and communications, and facilitates the execution of strategic and operational priorities. The Business Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between the Regional IT Services Team, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Responsibilities
Manage office administration for the Regional IT Services team, ensuring organized workflows and efficient processes. Prepare, review, and format presentations, reports, and documents for leadership and external audiences. Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops, including agendas, logistics, and follow‑up actions. Support budget tracking and expense management for the Regional IT Services Team. Assist with internal communications and engagement activities. Provide high‑level administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the leadership office. Required and Desired Qualifications
Professional qualifications: Diploma or degree in business administration, or related field preferred. Experience in a business support role at senior leadership level. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to manage cross‑functional and cross‑area interfaces; analytical ability to overview complex material. Experience with administrative routines, finance reporting, procurement, IT support organizations, and project coordination. Authority and Roles
Authority to coordinate logistical arrangements within approved Direct and manage planning, cross‑regional ADM activities, resource management, and personnel assistance to Regional IT Director budgets. Work Relationships
Collaborates with Head of Regional IT Services, Regional IT leadership team, and business unit leaders; regular interaction with internal departments, global IT teams, and external stakeholders. Coordinates with facility management, building management, procurement, and compliance teams for site‑related initiatives. Compensation and Benefits
For this position, the expected base pay range is $70,000–$85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors, including experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
