Base pay range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year. This range is provided by AGC Automotive Americas. Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Location: Bellefontaine, OH (on‑site). Report to AGC Automotive North America in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Travel: 10–25% (Canada and Mexico, rarely international).
As our T2 Service Specialist, you will be the central leader ensuring customers receive the service parts they need. You will orchestrate the entire process—from forecasting and ordering parts to managing inventory and supplier relationships. This high‑impact role uses SAP and data analysis to drive efficiency and guarantee excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Customer Satisfaction:
Key point of contact for service orders, ensuring clear communication and timely shipments.
Master the Supply Chain:
Manage supplier relationships, procure parts, forecast demand, maintain efficient inventory levels.
Own Key Processes:
Implement and sustain MRP and data‑analysis (ASN) processes within SAP.
Service Order Management: Full ownership from development to execution; develop policies, maintain customer service, manage relationships, forecast needs, order components, manage inventory across locations, conduct audits, communicate status, own RDA process.
Data‑Driven Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs (fill rate, on‑time delivery), lead improvement initiatives, diagnose and solve system issues, collaborate with divisions and suppliers, implement processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Inventory Control & System Integrity: Achieve perfect inventory accuracy, eliminate variance, support MRP system, coordinate SAP system upkeep.
Qualifications & Knowledge Desired
AA or AS Degree desired.
3+ years in supply chain or related field.
3+ years in automotive industry.
Experience with MRP systems.
Forecasting and/or scheduling experience preferred.
Aftermarket supply‑chain experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), SharePoint, SAP, TS.COM‑ASN, TMPROM, TSCS modules.
Strong written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
Ability to present analytical results clearly; deliver accurate, timely results with minimal direction.
Analytical problem‑solving and data‑driven decision making.
Team collaboration and relationship building.
