Whitewater Health Services , a skilled nursing facility dedicated to exceptional patient care and collaborative teamwork. This is a unique chance to grow your career by blending hands-on therapy services with peer leadership, program development, and clinical support.
Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality therapy services within their licensed discipline (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP).
Assisting with team coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow.
Serving as a clinical resource and liaison for the DOR, RVP, facility staff, and Continuum leadership.
Promoting compliance, clinical excellence, and program development to ensure patient success.
This position functions as a
peer leader (non-supervisory) , providing mentorship, team support, and quality assurance while remaining focused on direct patient care.
