Pay, Benefits and Perks of Supervisor Weekend Registered Nurse (RN):
$12,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidates
Competitive pay based on experience
Shift differential pay
Paid time off (PTO+) added to your balance; immediately accrue more PTO as you work

6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday

Essential Functions of Supervisor Weekend Registered Nurse (RN):
Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ ordersAssign nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff qualifications
Administer medications
Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
Document treatments as required
Ensure supplies are used economically, and equipment is kept clean and safely maintained
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Supervisor Weekend Registered Nurse (RN):
Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing
Valid RN license for the state of Missouri
Valid CPR certification
Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
Effective communication with residents, families, and all levels of the organization
Decisive and quick reactions in emergency situations
Maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
