– Part Time Days Mon/Wed 6am‑6pm or Full Time Nights 6pm‑6am
Job Description As a Charge Nurse | LPN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will also oversee overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during your shift; including mentoring and educating nursing personnel and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.
What Will You Do in This Role? Fire and passion for working with seniors
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
