Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems.
Display active involvement in treatment planning process.
Provide family session counseling to all patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups.
Actively communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
Demonstrate proactive communication with those involved in the patient's treatment.
Work well with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review and nursing staff members.

Qualifications Applicants should have a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent and a current clinical or social work license in the state of OH. Additional requirements include:
Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
