We are seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Our center provides a wide variety of diagnostic imaging services to patients in a friendly and comfortable environment.
Schedule Options
Flexible Schedule; 8-hour shifts, 10 or 12-hour shifts
Responsibilities
Registered Radiologic Technologist will operate radiologic equipment and perform radiographic procedures in accordance with established professional and departmental standards and procedures.
Monitor patient's wellbeing during exams; recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.
Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
Required to be cross trained in CT
Job Requirements
Requires a graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology;
Certified as an ARRT.
