School Support Specialist – BASIS Phoenix South BASIS Phoenix South is seeking qualified candidates for a School Support Specialist to join our team. This Title I school serves high‑needs students, and the role focuses on supporting faculty and staff by managing student schedules, teacher substitutions, and assessment administration.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining student schedules

Managing records of teacher substitutions and teacher activities (e.g., field trips, term projects)

Coordinating BASIS Ed curriculum and assessment processes

Coordinating assessment administration of external exams

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of teaching or administrative experience

Experience working with children

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, personal responsibility, and optimism in a fast‑paced, achievement‑oriented learning environment
