Job Overview
Capital Markets Intern Analyst – intermediate level position. Responsible for assisting clients in raising capital in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions. Acts as strategic advisor to clients, formulating investment strategies and raising capital.
Program Details Summer Analyst Program – 10 week program starting June. First week and a half of intensive training followed by 8½ weeks on a specific desk within Capital Markets Origination. Top performers hired to join following year’s Analyst Program.
Responsibilities
Contribute to overall fixed income and equity relationships.
Work and interact with corporate clients.
Originate, market, structure, and execute fixed income and equity transactions.
Demonstrate ways to limit interest rate and credit risk through the use of derivatives.
Qualifications Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a preferred GPA of 3.3 or above. Demonstrated commitment to personal growth, strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. Interest in building relationships with investors and raising capital. Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.

Team collaboration and client‑facing experience.
Location & Compensation Primary Location: New York, New York, United States.
Salary range: $100,000 – $135,000. Estimated annual salary for participating: $110,000.
