Job Description Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) created an Addressable Media practice, called PMX Lift. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel planning, execution, and measurement. PMX Lift is an omnichannel activation practice that drives smart application of investment through leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships and intelligence. PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace executing data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way. To accommodate increased demand from local advertisers, the APEX team responsible for planning and executing PMX Lift Local campaigns is adding to our Investment department. Supervisor of Local Investment
to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of building and executing PMX Lift Local campaigns across a range of categories. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, audience based deterministic landscape, this role will have the chance to work across a variety of client brands and category verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts. Must haves for this role include a working knowledge of addressable media, a deep understanding of the local marketplace and footprint, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a humble and hardworking attitude. Understand and explain what PMX Lift Local is and summarize what each of our offerings entail and the strategy behind them. Full ownership of campaign cycle from intake to measurement, ensuring agreed upon goals and objectives, as well as desired client outcomes are being met. Utilize expertise and category specific business insights to understand and make campaign level recommendations, ensuring the greatest campaign efficiency and performance. Work collaboratively across teams to manage key stakeholders (including off shore resources), ensuring timely approval and execution of Lift Local campaigns. Manage creative, traffic and any billing needs both from internal teams and external vendors. Track and enforce timelines, ensuring all teams, internal and external are meeting deadlines and providing required deliverables. Comfortability leading status calls and following up with summary emails. Help to identify areas for opportunity to expand current processes and drive automation improvement. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability. Maintain strong relationships with internal partners, agency teams, and vendors through solution-oriented, collaborative, and quick communication methods. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience within an agency or media company, including client-facing roles. Strong understanding of local, traditional, and digital media data. Experience with Advanced TV platforms and technologies and/or programmatic systems (DSP, SSP), ad delivery mechanics, identity, and attribution. Experience with planning, executing, or measuring audience-based campaigns, both programmatically and through direct IO. Proven experience in managing direct reports or teams, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Ability to move efficiently across multiple campaigns and clients, managing priorities and workflow effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights. Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and embrace new technologies or methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex media strategies to clients and stakeholders. Experience in process building and workflow documentation. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to think creatively. High attention to detail with the ability to stay meticulously organized. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). Additional Information
