About this Role

Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a Corporate Partnerships & Investments Associate who will play a pivotal role in its Corporate Development team. This position is designed for an individual with a high level of motivation and expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis to identify and support strategic business opportunities. The primary responsibilities will involve leading financial valuation and due diligence workstreams across various projects. Additionally, the associate will be tasked with creating investment theses, preparing material for executive presentation, and maintaining crucial databases to support strategic decision-making processes. This role requires effective cross‑functional collaboration with teams within Cypress Creek and external consultants to ensure all project objectives are realized. Responsibilities

Financial modeling and valuation analyses for strategic initiatives, including potential acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and capital raise transactions. Preparation of materials for new opportunities to effectively communicate investment theses, key value drivers, sensitivity analyses, and market dynamics. Creation and enhancement of analytical tools to improve financial models and streamline processes. Maintain databases related to strategic opportunities and market intelligence. Work cross‑functionally across the company’s subject matter experts, including but not limited to the Development team, Structured Finance team, and Legal team. Requirements

BA/BS degree (MBA or other relevant graduate degrees welcome). At least 2 years of finance experience required, ideally with financial modeling related to renewable energy and/or gas‑fired generation. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Self‑motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment. Unimpeachable ethics & integrity. Organized, diligent, and able to track/manage multiple streams of information on an ongoing basis. Successful completion of an Excel‑based modeling test required. Benefits
