Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts for manufacturing operations.
Oversee all cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and strategic planning.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and coordinate external audits.
Recommended Qualifications
7-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with a significant portion in manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and process improvement initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations
Demonstrated success in ERP system implementation or significant upgrades
