$120,000 - $169,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust cost accounting systems, including standard costing and variance analysis.
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for manufacturing operations.
Ensure accurate inventory valuation, control, and reconciliation.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and key performance indicators.
Establish and enforce strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and cost reduction initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Demonstrated experience with multi-site or global manufacturing operations.
Advanced cost modeling expertise (e.g., activity-based costing, granular product line profitability analysis).
